Never crush you by this way.

Give you simple golf swing tips, every one can do better in golfing. Wow, it is an easy thing to play golf and you will sink into the pleasure of constant improvement. You may gradually understand the emotion of golf enthusiast for you are one of millions.

Of course, you should have your own golf set first. A nice golf clubs can develop your consistent swing and maintain your good swing. Every one prefers the different golf clubs based on their personalities, may be one swing R9 Driver well and you just have the passion of your R9 460 Driver. It is up to your habits.

Then, swing your golf set now. Forget your arms and swing the golf clubs backwards. Putt your club behind your back. Wind the backswing a spring before you release.

Coil up your body while creating muscle tension needed to release a powerful downswing to perform an efficient back swing. Resistance is created between the turning of the upper body and shoulders and the lesser turning of the hips and lower body.

Dont be in a hurry. You should know that a hurried backswing doesnt make the downswing any faster. You have to at the top of the backswing of the golf set and change and go the exact opposite direction into the downswing. The steady rate is nice!

Put your right elbow in the correct position at the top of your backswing, you should try to do as a waiter carrying a tray. This act will make sure that your R9 Driver or other else is swinging on the right swing plane with the proper clubface angle.

Dont grip your golf set too tightly. Grip pressure is a big factor in your golf swing and one thats often overlooked. If you grip the club with a death lock, chances are you wont allow the club to properly release.

Is it easy to golfing, right? Time to act!

Get More Distance – Turn Your Body, Don’t Swing Your Arms

One of the most common faults you will see with beginner and amateur golfers is that they will try to hit the ball by swinging their arms at it, usually too quickly. This comes from a desire to hit the ball as far as possible without concentrating on how to generate power correctly. Your body weighs much more than your hands and arms and so to impart maximum force on the golf ball we must involve the body in our swings.

Think about your own swing, are your hands and arms driving the swing or are they being led along by the ‘turn’ of the torso? We need to engender the latter and for this there are many useful drills, one of which we will have a look at now. Hold an iron at either end and position it behind your back so it rests square across your shoulder blades. Now take up your normal posture as if you are addressing the ball. You are now in a position where your hands and arms are locked by the golf club resting behind your back. Now you can try turning your upper body to develop a feel for it should drive the swing. Don’t make any forced actions with your lower body though as this will turn naturally due to your flexibility.

Now that you have a feel for a correct rotation and coil in the back swing we have to consider the downswing as well. Similar to the backswing, swinging down with your hands and arms will result in a weak, inaccurate shot. With the downswing, the lower body makes the first action and moves into the ball, followed by the upper body and lastly the hands and arms. Think about the action of a tennis player hitting a forearm shot. He doesn’t just swing his arms at the ball; it is a full body action with the body leading the attack of the shot.

Watch any beginner playing golf and you will most likely see a lifting and lower of their spine angle. This is a common problem with beginners but if you watch your angle in the mirror while trying this drill you will notice it stays much more consistent. This means more distance, more accuracy and more shots off your handicap.

Step by Step Golf Swing – Improve Golf Swing

As a beginner to improve golf swing, you need an instructor with a good teaching reputation. He or she will observe you and make the necessary corrections. If you’re serious or interested in improving, get the basic from one instructor. The instructor is very important in your developing a consistent, repeatable golf swing.

Another way is go to a space with a large area of grass, put a marker in the middle and walk 50 or so yards away. Take some old clubs and using your golf swing, throw the club towards the target. The motion you use is very natural and you want your swing to be as close to your throwing swing as possible.

You may also take a couple of basic lessons starting with the grip, stance, ball position and the swing plane. Chances are if these are all co-related you will have a good base from which to work. The swing plane is the path the club will take from the time you start your back swing to the finish when your belt buckle faces the target you selected.

You can put your right hand on the bottom of the grip but if you aren’t use your left hand. Then take your left hand and put it on the grip and your thumb is about to touch the tip of your fingers. You need to keep your knees bent and loose keep your legs apart keep your shoulders down.

Expert golfer also asks you to make sure your back elbow is tucked in by your ribs or body. Concentrate on your hips. That’s where the power comes from for distance. When addressing the ball keep your hands directly underneath your face.

Taking tips from everywhere may actually be bad for your beat. Not all tips are applicable. Depending on where your swing is at now, and what your problems are, as well as type of your swing (one plane/ two planes). Thus if you don’t know what you need and try to apply those tips, they will actually ruin your swing.

You need to have a quality practice, meaning that you have a specific goal to work toward each time you do hit balls or in other words a routine. The best thing to improve golf swing would be to either buy the Medicus driver or 5 irons, or get a series of lessons in a video.

Improve your Back Swing With a Basketball

I ran a golf school in my home town for a number of years. It was a small town of about 4000 people, with larger towns surrounding ours. One of the major roads that led to my town went right past the driving range. There were many people who would drive by and see me with a player, or a group of players, throwing basketballs back and forth. When I went down to the grocery store, the number one question I would get was ‘Kris, how in the world does a basketball make you a better golfer?’ This article is dedicated to answering that very question. For an understanding of the fundamentals of the golf swing, visit my website www.free-golf-lessons.com.

As we all know it is a difficult game that we are passionate about. It is also not easy to improve. Not because of ability, but more often because of time and not knowing what to practice during that time. It is hard to get to the driving range enough to groove a new move. The reason I bring the ball on the range is to demonstrate how each player can improve at home. It helps if you can hit balls for hours and hours. However, if you can put in a few minutes a day of well focused repetitions at home, you would be amazed what that will do to your game.

Now, you can use any type of ball, pillow, or pot to work on your swing. I recommend a basketball because it is big and when properly inflated weighs between 7-9 pounds. This means that it will help develop some of your core golf muscles at the same time as you develop your swing. Since the ball has some weight to it, it will help develop some golf muscle endurance.

The great part of practicing this way is that you really see what a strong backswing position looks and feels like. We are going to focus on the shoulder turn. There are many players out there that don’t turn their shoulders to their full capability, and that causes them to lose power and consistency.

The drill is simple in nature, but often the simplest drills are the most effective.

The Basketball Back Swing Drill

1.Hold your basketball between your hands and get into your golf stance.

2.Start your back swing.

3.Stop and hold your backswing position when your left arm is parallel to the ground.

4.Turn and look at your basketball. If you are in great position your ball should be in front of your chest.

5.Repeat as many times as you can.

If you have made a proper turn you hands will stay in front of your chest. If you see any still photos of the best players in the world, they all get to this position. This position is the key to an effective backswing. If you can keep your hands in front of your chest, you will keep your club on the proper line (swing plane), create more power, and use less energy to hit better shots.

If you follow the steps in the drill, and when you get to step 4 and you find that your ball is not in front of your chest it means you are out of position. This will make it much harder to hit great shots. If your ball swings out around your body and ends up behind you it means you did not turn your shoulders enough during your backswing. This will make your swing very flat and lack power.

Please use this drill on a daily basis, as I know it can only positively benefit your game. If you would like to see this swing tip in picture format please visit www.free-golf-lessons.com/free-golf-tip.html.

Good luck with your practicing and playing. May you ‘Play Your Golf Dreams’ sooner.

Medicus Golf Clubs Video – ALL 6 Make or Break Pts

Medicus Golf Instruction – Dual Hinge Driver

Tap Here To Watch Video

Beau Rials, Mike Bennett (PGA Tour Instructor), Bob Koch (Inventor of the Medicus Golf Clubs) giving you ALL 6 of the make or break points to a golf swing. The ways that you can use your Medicus Golf Club to improve your golf game…

Medicus Golf Make Or Break Pt 1: Takeaway

The takeaway is simply rotating your upper body slowly to the right, allowing hands, arms and shoulders to move away together. This is best accomplished by relaxing the arms and hands and allowing the bigger muscles of the body to begin the movement. As the one-piece takeaway continues, the hands begin to hinge vertically…

Medicus Golf Make Or Break Pt 2: Toe-Up Postion

The upper body continues to rotate turning slightly away from the target while keeping the right elbow close to the right hip. As the hands travel around the body and continue to cock/set, the Medicus Golf Club will become parallel to the target line and parallel to the ground with the toe pointing towards the sky…

Medicus Golf Club Make or Break Pt 3: Back Swing

Shoulders continue to rotate around the spine while keeping the right knee flexed. The weight continues to transfer to the inside of the right heel. From the front view, the hands become fully hinged/cocked positioning the club perpendicular to the ground with the left arm extended and parallel. From the rear view, the Medicus Golf club shaft should be pointed to the target line and the right arm should not be visible…

Medicus Golf Club Make or Break Pt 4: Down Swing

At the top of the back swing, your shoulders should be rotated 90 degrees to the target line with your hips at 45 degrees. The right knee remains flexed and the left knee points towards the golf ball. From the rear view, the Medicus Golf club should be parallel to the target line with both hands under the shaft for support. The clubface is in a semi-skyward position and the right forearm should be perpendicular to the ground…

Medicus Golf Club Make or Break Pt 5: Impact Position

As the downswing unwinds, the arms and hands should be accelerating at a faster pace than the body. This must take place in order for them to get into a position where they can move together with the body through impact. The right knee momentarily holds its position as the arms accelerate. As the left arm comes back to parallel position with the ground, the right elbow should be very close to the body. Once again, the Medicus club shaft is pointing at the target line and the wrists…

Medicus Golf Club Make or Break Pt 6: Follow Through

As the hands, shoulders, hips and body together move into impact, the Medicus Swing Trainer is released with the hands ahead of the ball and the clubface square. Hips will be approximately 30-45 degrees open to the target line and the shoulders about 5degrees open. The left leg should be slightly flexed but in the process of straightening. Because of the weight shift, the right heel will be pulled slightly off the ground. The head remains behind the ball, right arm is extending while the wrists are uncocking…
